Nursery Crate is also called weaning stall, it is specially designed to raising the new weaning piglets, usually the same nest piglets will stay in the same weaning crate, single set weaning crate can keep 20 piglets; When weight is above 35 kg, the piglets will switch to fattening crate. This cage have two types contains one tier and two tiers. It could adapt to different farms
needing.
Nursery pen is used for piglet breeding after weaning, assembled by PVC boards all around and plastic slatted plates at the bottom with flat steel supporting. Equipped with double-sided 6-hole feeder troughs and drinking trough. The bottom of the bed and the bed frame are connected and assembled by bolts.
Piglet manure falls into the manure tank through the slatted floor, avoiding diseases caused by manure pollution and improving the survival rate of piglets.
The gateway can be opened or closed as a whole. And the pen is insulated for easy disinfection.
The combination of PVC board and metal steel beam avoids cross-infection of adjacent units, and assures the temperature for the piglets under the premise of ensuring ventilation.
Both dry&wet feeder or double-sided stainless steel trough are available.
