The Power Smith Machine Dual System Upper allows training to focus on the upper chest (clavicular bundles of the pectoralis major), deltoids and triceps. By offering constant load resistance, the machine allows continuous hypertrophic stimulation throughout the range of motion. The ability to position the bench at 9 angles from 40° to 85° allows you to precisely calibrate the effort on the involved muscle areas according to one's needs, ranging from incline stretches to overhead stretches (shoulder press).
