This machine allows you to train the deltoid muscles, especially the lateral and front bundles, pectoralis major with focus on clavicular head and triceps. Other muscles involved in the movement are the anterior serratus and trapezius muscles. The preload assistance lever helps the athlete in the beginning part of the movement, allowing to train safely even with heavy weights. The independent levers give di opportunity to execute mono or bilateral movement. The handles enable training with prone or neutral grips.
