The 1HP201A offers all the features of the Fully Adjustable Bench. The 3 inclinations for the seat together with the 14 inclinations for the backrest, 0° to 85°, allow to train different muscle groups from different angles, for a complete and uniform muscle development. The kit includes a rail that keeps the bench centred on the rack throughout the longitudinal travel, and allows to fix the distance to 28 positions without any risk of unwanted movement; this track can be raised to perform exercises that do not involve the use of the bench like squats, deadlift etc.
