Fully Automatic Broiler Cage System  

    The broiler equipment can feed broilers for 1 day to around 42 days.Fully automatic broiler cage system can save more labor and reduce more cost input. It can be equipped with a fully automatic feeding system, drinking system, manure removal system and environmental control system.The main feed line of the feeding system conveys the feed from the silo outside the chicken house to the hopper at the front end of each row of the chicken cage through the auger and plug chain, and then the feeding is transported again to the pan of each cage on each tier via the branch feeding line.

  

Product advantages

1.The cage structure of the broiler cage system is made of 275g/m2 hot-dip galvanized sheet, which is corrosion-resistant and has a long service life.
2.It uses electrostatic spraying technology to make the wire mesh in cage smooth and prevent scratching the broiler feet. The use of PP floors can reduce the fatigue of broilers and also have higher durability. All cages are scientifically treated and have a lifespan of more than 10 years.
3.Its reasonable floor hole design allows more space for fresh air circulation, thus reducing the spread of diseases.
4.It can be equipped with an automatic manure removal system to keep the flock away from feces in the cage, which is conducive to improving the health of broilers
